A story of Sebenzile Hlongwane who had had difficulties in accessing justice in eThekwini West and mostly importantly demonstrating the idea that GBV can have long-lasting effects on the mother and children.

Tintswalo Maluleka

A story of a Tintswalo Maluleka (33) who was encouraged to stay in an abusive relationship by her grandmother in Soweto, Johannesburg has been produced.

Jackie Chauke

Jackie Chauke has endured abuse for over 25 years at the hands of her husband. Chauke lives in a posh suburb of Lyndurst, Johannesburg and would like to use her story to debunk the myth that GBV always happens in townships and impoverished communities
